Venue — coming. September was CrossFit ELM in Commerce City. January’s building will be announced with the date.

Cost

Free for attendees

Paid for by men who have already walked through Launching Pad. Limited to 100 men.

What to plan on

  • Workout clothes, bathing suit, and towel for the physical morning
  • Casual clothes after that
  • Eat breakfast before you arrive both days
  • Water, electrolytes, and day-one lunch are on us

The shape of the weekend

Day one

  • Eat breakfast before you arrive
  • Check in early. Do not plan anything else that day
  • Physical challenge, sessions, brotherhood
  • Lunch is provided. The day runs long

Day two

  • Eat breakfast before you arrive
  • Final sessions. Receive. Commit.
  • Ends at 2:00 PM
  • If you fly, leave room after we send you out

The building is not locked. If you are flying, Denver International is the airport to plan around. Book refundable until we publish the venue.
